Using different forms of sound help us improve vagal tone and lung strength, promote confidence in voicing our opinion and speaking our truth. Using this therapy to promote resonance frequency breathing has been shown to reduce blood pressure and improve symptoms of panic disorder, anxiety and depression. It is also very beneficial for asthma, COPD, and fibromyalgia.
